Kerryn Griffiths has been in business for more than 10 years. In addition to her coaching business, she currently has a successful, online business (ReciproCoach), an international professional development program for coaches which is currently delivered in five different languages. Kerryn also has a start-up web development company niched in web based education tools (WEBUCATION).
This is what some of Kerryn’s most recent coaching clients said about her business coaching:
“I gained much greater clarity about where to take my business going forward, stronger accountability for what matters most, learning and great joy along each session. I now feel much more confident about where to and how to take my business forward.”
Jean-Francois Cousin, 2014
“Kerryn is amazing. She is confident, connecting, compassionate, uses powerful questions and really helps me think and see beyond. She also does not let me ‘get away’ with things as she knows I tend to ‘avoid’ certain topics or areas, so she gently and compassionately nails me down. This in itself is very healing for me. I am moving forward powerfully with setting up my wellness practice and most importantly, am learning my personal wellness limits – now saying ‘no’ and ‘stop’ when needed. Thank you Kerryn for helping me so much and always being there for me when I needed. I would not have reached this far without you, and I’m very lucky to have connected with you. Thank you so much.”
Cristina Rodenbeck, 2014

“What I love about being in business is the freedom it gives me to follow my professional creativity, and, by monetizing it, enjoy a flexible balance between work and life. I’ve had the ideas (and they still keep coming, which means I always have a new business venture on the go), I’ve been through the challenge of numerous start-ups (some successful, some failed!) and I am and now sustaining a business profitably while sustaining my personal wellbeing and happiness. With this experience, I find myself in an authentic place to coach others through similar journeys.”
